SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

How much time do I need each day?

This challenge is designed for busy women- session lengths vary from day to day with the longest being the 3 strength training sessions of the week landing between 40-45 minutes.  The daily breathe are intentionally designed to be done as early in the day as possible and will land as close to the 10 minute mark as possible. The challenge will guide you on how to adjust the schedule to best align with your busy life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any equipment?

Although it is entirely possible to complete this challenge with bodyweight or random household items, a couple things are recommended: a few sets of dumbbells (ideally, a light, medium, heavy set), a set (or one) of hip resistance bands (aka booty bands), and a yoga mat. Details will be offered upon sign up to clarify any uncertainty.

I'm not "in shape" can I still do this?

Absolutely! This method meets you where you are, whether you are a beginner, getting back into fitness, or a seasoned trainer seeking a more balanced approach.  Movements are adaptable, and you'll build strength, endurance, and confidence at your own pace.

What happens after the challenge ends?

You'll leave with a solid routine, tools for consistency, and the confidence to keep going.  Plus, you'll have the option to hop in to the next 8 week challenge that launches in May if the fit feels right.

What if I'm not feeling it? Can i get a refund?

Due to the nature of the digital challenge, a refund is not available.  My intention and hope is to pour value into your time within this challenge and beyond.  If there are ways I can better serve, my ears are always open and I will adjust as best as possible. The learning never stops in this space.
