I said no to the endless cycle of depletion. I said yes to a new way of training, one that balanced strength with mindfulness, effort with ease, and breath with movement. That choice led me here- to The Breathe & Burn Method.

then, i made a choice.

For years, I thought pushing harder, doing more, and sacrificing my own well-being was the only way to feel strong, capable, and in control.  I said yes to everything- more workouts, more responsibilities, more expectations- until I found myself burned out, exhausted, and disconnected from the one person who needed me most: myself.


My story really began the moment I finally said no.

It's more than just a workout plan.  It's a holistic approach to movement and wellness designed for busy women just like you.  Whether you're juggling kids, work, or just the daily chaos of life, this method is built to fit into your schedule, energize your body, and bring you back to yourself.

What is the breathe and burn method?

When I first started blending strength training in an intentionally scheduled way with yoga and mobility, I wondered if I was crazy.  My conditioned, programmed self kept saying "just lift heavier" "push through it"... but deep down, I knew there had to be a better way.

now, the breathe and burn method is proof that you don't have to choose between feeling strong and feeling balanced- you can have both.
